Pre-Season & Final Tie Breaker

Season Tie Breaker: If multiple players finish tied in the pool standings with the same predicted championship winner, the tie breaker is decided by who is closest to the combined total score of the title game without going over (even if the teams playing in the championship aren't a special pick).

When do point spreads lock?
All point spread lines lock on Tuesday mornings at 9:00 AM Mountain Time (MT) for that week's slate of games. Even if sportsbook lines shift later in the week, all pool participants pick against the exact same locked spread.
When do individual game picks lock?
Picks lock strictly at the scheduled kickoff time for each individual game. You can submit or adjust your selection for any upcoming matchup right up until that specific game kicks off.
How is scoring calculated?
Each correct Against-The-Spread (ATS) pick earns 1 point. If the final score margin hits the exact spread line (a Push), 0 points are awarded. Live standings update in real-time based on in-game score spreads.
When does the Special Pick lock & how are bonus points earned?
Special Pick entries can be submitted or changed right up until the start of the first game that the pool uses for its first pick. Once that first game kicks off, all Special Pick entries permanently lock and cannot be changed. Correctly predicting the national champion awards extra bonus pool points.
How does the Season Tie Breaker work?
The tie breaker is unrelated to the pre-season Special Pick. The tie breaker applies if multiple players finish tied in the final pool standings and have picked the same winner of the championship game. In that scenario, the winner is determined by whoever is closest to the combined total score of the National Championship game without going over, even if the teams playing in the championship weren't selected as a pre-season special pick.
